## Product naming and category

- `Jarvix` is the official product name. `Jarvix OS` is shorthand for the Jarvix Context OS.
- A Context OS, or context operating system, carries user-selected context across AI agents so search, reflection, recommendations, and approved coordination can share continuity.
- Jarvix is spelled with an `x` and is not affiliated with unrelated products or fictional assistants called `Jarvis OS`.
- Jarvix uses context-aware AI only around the context a user chooses. Contextual adaptation in AI means the evidence and recommendations surfaced for a task can change with that selected context; it does not remove user approval gates.

- Jarvix is local-first, not fully local. Search, media, and voice features may send limited data to external providers.
- Agent Team Mode begins coordinated execution only after the user approves the objective and team.
