The sources you choose.

Jarvix processes the information needed for the features and connected sources you choose to use.

Current connected sources include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, GitHub, Notion and Linear. This list may change as Jarvix adds or removes integrations.

Jarvix is local-first. Sessions, Context and preferences created on your device stay there by default.

To provide the features you choose.

Jarvix uses connected-source information to read and update relevant Context, including Self Reflection and Next Move.

Jarvix does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

You choose what to connect.

Google is one of the sources Jarvix can connect to. Jarvix accesses Google data only after you choose to connect your account and approve the permissions shown by Google.

• Gmail: messages and message metadata used to read relevant Context.
• Google Drive: files and file metadata used to read relevant Context.
• Google Calendar: events and event metadata used to read relevant Context.

After you authorize a Google source, Jarvix may process it in the background to keep requested Context features, including Self Reflection and Next Move, up to date.

Only when a feature needs it.

Jarvix reads the relevant connected-source data in real time for the feature you request. The relevant content may then be sent in real time to AI service providers such as Kimi, Claude or OpenAI to provide that feature.

Jarvix does not create or retain a separate copy of connected Google source data.

Voice is processed only when you use the feature and authorize microphone access.

Analytics does not include conversations, file content, names or file paths.

If you submit a product feedback report, the submitted debug log may be viewed by our support team to investigate the issue.

You can disconnect and delete.

Context created by Jarvix is stored locally on your device. Use Preference → Reset to clear all local Jarvix data. This does not delete original files or data held in connected services.

You can delete your Jarvix account from the account settings. You can also disconnect a source in Jarvix. For Google, you can revoke Jarvix in your Google Account third-party connections. We stop requesting new data after a source is disconnected or access is revoked.

Local files.

Local Jarvix files currently rely on your operating system’s file permissions and do not have additional application-layer encryption.
